Hello :), I am so excited to start blogging!. I hope whatever topics I write in this blog would be useful for everybody.
Let's talk about exercise, :). I used to didn't care of what I eat, I eat whatever I want!. Sadly by the time I realised I already have muffin top :(. So when I got pregnant I vowed to have better body ever.
During my pregnancy I love to walked, I am 5'1 and weigh 100 lbs. I gained 25 pounds, but my baby was also born premature. Anyway I start Working out 4 month after I gave a birth. I start with weighted hula hoop, it's fantastic. I love how it really toned my tummy. I did everyday for 10-20 minutes with 1lbs hula hoop.
Soon i was able to upgrade to 5 lbs!, and I love it even more. Hula hooping and walking are great way to start your post pregnancy exercise. If you interested of doing hula hoop, please start with light weight until you comfortable, I say few months. I will keep posting my exercise journey, I hope it would be useful tip for you guys :).
