Exercise pt 2

Hello :), it's a leap year today but so far my day just stays the same. My baby very moody today, I'm thankful that my husband works from home today so I could squeezed morning workout after breakfast.

I hope my blabbering about exercise won't bore you guys. Even though I don't get many views but I really appreciate whoever drops by and read. Thank you very much! :).

So back to exercise, I did hula hoop for 7 months. It's fun, but I wanted more challenging workout. Lucky he bought Xbox 360 with Kinect, so I did little research about exercise game. I picked Biggest Loser Ultimate Workout.

What I love about the game that it keeps me motivated, it has program and you could even doing custom program through your body weight and height. Kinect not always correct with your body measurements though. I did 8 weeks program to slim my belly, I can say that it helps toning and strengthen my muscle. When the program ended my belly didn't look much different, but it sure felt alot different.

The program gave me strength and endurance but my belly didn't slimming because I didn't cut sweets, I could feel my abs muscle but the fat still there :D. I got hooked with chocolate desserts when I was pregnant, and I still love it.

Overall I love the game because the program keeps you motivated and sticks with it, and it has a lots of exercise and yoga. It's fun to do and you can choose the intensity. If you guys love chocolate desserts, I will posting recipes on the weekend because now I only allow myself have dessert on the weekend. I will also post some tips about healthy eating and let you Guys know how I finally lost 1 inch of my belly fat, yay! :).

Exercise!

Hello :), I am so excited to start blogging!. I hope whatever topics I write in this blog would be useful for everybody.

Let's talk about exercise, :). I used to didn't care of what I eat, I eat whatever I want!. Sadly by the time I realised I already have muffin top :(. So when I got pregnant I vowed to have better body ever.

During my pregnancy I love to walked, I am 5'1 and weigh 100 lbs. I gained 25 pounds, but my baby was also born premature. Anyway I start Working out 4 month after I gave a birth. I start with weighted hula hoop, it's fantastic. I love how it really toned my tummy. I did everyday for 10-20 minutes with 1lbs hula hoop.

Soon i was able to upgrade to 5 lbs!, and I love it even more. Hula hooping and walking are great way to start your post pregnancy exercise. If you interested of doing hula hoop, please start with light weight until you comfortable, I say few months. I will keep posting my exercise journey, I hope it would be useful tip for you guys :).
