RIP Robin Gibb

Its been a long time and I come back with a very very sad news. Robin Gibb had died. So sad, I've grow with their music, he was my crush during my teenage years. I missed one of a lifetime change, I couldn't attend his concert in Jakarta. Goodbye Robin Gibb, I promise I will never forget you. I will come back with more things to blog, have a nice day everyone.

Exercise Update

Oh almost forgot everyone, as you might guess that I finished my Six Weeks Six Packs DVD, and yes it works!. Sadly I couldn't post a picture of myself, it's internet after all. Anyway, so far this DVD is my favorite, especially level 2. Its fast, makes you keep moving and before you know it..it's done.

I do buy a new DVD, its 30 day shred by Jillian Michaels too. I am excited to start it next Monday. It has 3 levels of work out, I am planning to do each level for 3 weeks. Because I heard it takes 3 weeks for our body to get used with exercise and got plateau after that. I am no expert for that, but I believe it and like to changing around :). So far I got a great results. My body stronger and it looks toner, more energy too. I hope it motivates some of you who might thinking to start exercising.

You don't have to go to the gym, exercising from your own home is more cheaper and it works too..if you commit to it :). Good luck to all of you who would like to starts exercise routine!.

Hand bags!

I am so excited I finally able to review the handbags I got!. I still haven't got the last one though, but its ok..I will just write another review when I get it.

First:

This handbag I got it from Ebay, when I was looking for satchel dome handbag. The price if I get it in department store would be $75, but I got it for $30. That's more like me :), I couldn't afford spending that much money for a handbag. I like this bag a lot, but when I receive it it was a bit out of shape so  I had to fixed it. Now, It isn't pricey designer bag..for me it has unique style and not a lot of people have it. I will wearing this for semi formal occasion, like date with the hubs :).




The one on the left is by Jessica Simpson. The price tag is $ 98 but I got it for $27. Look at me, always find a good deal :D. I got it last night, my husband bought it. I didn't planning to buy a handbag when I went to the store last night, I wanted to find a maxi dress, but couldn't find any. When we were about to exit I pointed the bag and said gorgeous, he asked how much is it and grabbed it. Lucky me!. I love it!, thank you Babe!.

The one on the right bought at the same store, the price tag is $50 and got it for $20 something. It's a cute satchel, it also has strap so you could wear it crossed body. This is my everyday bag I guess.

Ok, that's it for now, I will review again when I get my last bag on the mail. Its sure is hard to restraint yourself from shopping, when a  lot of gorgeous stuff around isn't it?. I know it's hard for me. I couldn't shop too much though. Anyway, my husband birthday celebrations was great but sadly there are hardly any pictures :(. He got  a lots of nice gift, we are so thankful we've been blessed.

Hello everyone, I hope you all have a great Saturday/ Sunday so far. Mine has been superb!. We went to had lunch at Buldogis, It's a new gourmet hotdogs restaurant near by our house. I am ashamed that we just found the time to visited and tried them out. It was delicious!. After that I did little shopping, I got a new cute shoes :) and got my eyebrows waxed. Ok, enough straying :). So in this post I will just post pictures of dishes I cooked in the past, dishes I came on my own so I apologize that some of them doesn't have a recipe.

Ok, the photos qualities are bad I know :(. Little tip: you can make creamy delicious baked pasta without guilt. Sub the milk and butter with almond milk and spread, you could use reduced fat cheese or full fat cheese. I like to add smoked cheese, it gives huge flavor!.

Apologize

Hello everyone, oh my God I haven't been updating my blog for a long time!!. I apologize for that, I have been very very busy. We went to California for the weekend to celebrate my husband's birthday, and we will still have like 2 or 3 celebrations for his birthday!.

I am very excited for him :). So I have many pictures coming, I just haven't found a time to post it. I promise I will recap them all!. I also do some shopping for myself, I am crazy about handbags lately so I put down my misery by purchased two handbags I have an eye for weeks!.

That also I will review them, I hope I will be satisfied with my purchased. I don't know for sure, I still have not receive the items. Oh also this year I wont baking my husband a cake for his birthday, but I do will make him special breakfast. Will post the recipe. I am also thinking to make dulce de leche and make dessert out of it. Oh my so many things to talk about, so many things I want to do :).

Happy Spring!!

 Hello :), I've been very busy lately so I haven't had a time to update this blog with tips and recipes. I do want to do quick post wishing you all Happy Spring!!. Are you excited for the summer? :). Not me, but I guess I kinda excited, we want to teach our little one to swim this summer.

Oh also for quick healthy breakfast idea, puff wheat cereals everyone!. Yes, add some honey for sweetness or brown sugar. Very very low calories and fills you up!. Have a great evening everybody, I will sure be back with more recipes and tips for you!.

Getting ready for summer

Hello hello :), today I will talking about summer. Are you excited for summer?, summer in Vegas isn't nice and this year me and my family do not have any plan to go anywhere :(. Last year we went to San Diego, it was pretty!.

Anyway for those of you who have plans for this summer especially ladies, I got some tips. I will share you these informations that I learn, this is not originally from me but from the researches I did on the past. Guys are welcome too!. I will keep updating this page if I ever come cross good information.

Let's get started!

1. Sodium: Too much sodium makes our body retains a lot of water and bloated, and won't make our tummy pretty. Sodium is everywhere, to lower your sodium intake you have to be careful. Even when you cook you have to read the labels of the ingredient you use. Lower your sodium intake to 1,500 mg per day. Quick tips: when you using can foods get the one without salt added instead.

2. Water: Drink A LOTS of water everyday, up to 80 ounces a day. Not only it will aid your digestive system, but the more you drink water the less your body holds water. Means smaller you :). Sometimes when you feel hungry, it could be a sign that your body thristy, so before you grab a snack try drink some water and see how it feels.

3. Process foods: I admit this one is hard to do, nowadays it's difficult to avoid them. Do the best you coud, your body will thank you.

4. Healthier diets: No brainer, more veggies and fruits. Organics is much better obviously. When you hungry, grab a banana instead. Fruits and veggies filled with fiber, make you feel fuller longer. Means skinnier you!.

5. Active: Yes!, even when you cannot commit to exercise routines, there are a lots of options. Walk more everyday, you could bike on the weekend. Now the weather is warmer go ahead plan a date and hike with your love one :). When you active, you feel so much better and you have so much energy. I swear by these!. However if you DO have the time to do exercise routine, do it wholeheartedly..the best you could. The more active you are the better your motabolism get!. :)
